Complete in the box with protective styrofoam. The white outside box has storage damage. The item itself is in great condition, no major cosmetic damage of note. The water is a little cloudy but standard for its age. Music plays without issue, The Donald Duck song. Could not get the blower motor to work. When 2 AA batteries are installed, the motor switches on but nothing happens. Harder to find piece measuring roughly 7×7 inches in height and length. Heavy item that has great detail, please see all photos, stored in a smoke free environment.

It started and worked well however motor does make noise at times. Globe base also shows a small amount of bubbling which I tried to document in photos. Styrofoam shows a great deal of wear and box did not survive storage.

No chips or cracks and the music box is fully functional (please see video). There appears to have been one repair (re-glue) of the hand holding the umbrella on top of the globe. Does not have original box.
