The tops of the black pipes are broke at the tips. Please see pictures for details and condition. There may be smaller piece broke throughout but nothing major besides the tops. One of the legs has come off and will need to be glued back on. Item will also need a good cleaning because it has been sitting in a storage unit for a while.
