Disney’s 40th Anniversary Mary Poppins Snow/Water globe. The globe is in great condition. I looked it over and did not see any damage. Please look at pics carefully and judge for yourself. The music plays and the characters spin inside the globe. Their is an air bubble at the top of the globe. The foam is in good shape that the globe comes in. The box on the other hand has seen better days. Its in very bad shape. The globe will arrive in both the original foam and the box. RARE Disney Mary Poppins Jolly Holiday Carousel Snow Globe-read Description
Adorable Mary Poppins Carousel Globe! Music works by pulling back Carousel (COUNTER-clockwise- VERY IMPORTANT) and plays Jolly Holiday. Only flaw is 3 of the flags have broken off over the years 2 are missing but the other is included in the styrofoam package. A couple of other flags are’loose’ but still intact. Globe does come with original box. Original box is damaged from storage but carousel not affected (other than the flags that I already mentioned). NO APO or FPO Please. WE WILL CONTACT YOU IN. Disney Mary Poppins Feed The Birds Commemorative Snow Globe of St. Plays “Feed The Birds”. Premiere Date August 27, 1964. By Richard M and Robert B Sherman. This is one of the rarest snowglobes in Disney history, often considered a holy grail among collectors; it is the Mary Poppins Commemorative Snowglobe featuring St. This snow globe is in very good condition (please see pictures). The snow globe stands on the mahogany base and is approximately 7″ in height and 4″ in diameter. It weighs 1 lb 14 ounces without the mahogany stand and 3 lbs with it. When you shake the globe, white “birds” flock around the cathedral. The music box is in working order and plays “Feed the Birds” when activated. For any collector, especially the Disney Collector, this is a must have rare collectible. As any collector knows, a rare collectible such as this should only continue to increase in value over the coming years. Please note I do not have the original box, the globe does come from a smoke-free home, and please ask any questions you need. Commemorative Snow globe of St. In scene 534, holding her magical snow globe of St. Pauls Cathedral in hand, Mary explains to the children about the bird woman who feeds the birds for tuppence a bag. Music: Feed the Birds. It plays the first verse Early each day to the steps of St. Pauls the little old bird woman comes. When you shake the globe, white birds flock around the cathedral. There is a 1-1/2 bubble at the top of the globe, which is characteristic of Disney snow globes in particular as they age. Doesnt have the bottom stand it sat on but it is still a rare and beautiful piece. Music box works great. This may be the rarest snowglobe Disney has ever produced.
