Mayor is on backside of display. Jack-o-lanterns beside Jack and Sally’s head light up and flicker. Snowglobe also has music box feature, which when wound plays This Is Halloween. Please notice shocks hat has a small hairline crack. Does not take anything away from this beautiful and rare piece.
