RARE Beauty & The Beast Snow Globe and Music Box Vintage from 1991. This snow globe is BIG! It doesn’t have its original box but it’s in shockingly great condition– aside from one tiny chip in the rose atop the globe. A dab of paint could easily render it invisible. Everything else is in perfect condition, intact! The music box is wind-up at the base and plays, “Tale As Old As Time”. Features the Beast’s castle inside the globe, and Belle, Beast, Mrs. Potts, Lumière, Cogsworth, and Chip all around the base. It’s a beautiful snow globe, and has sat in storage basically my whole life– it deserves to be in the hands of someone who will appreciate it more! RARE Vintage 1998 Disney’s The Little Mermaid Kiss the Girl Musical Snow Globe
The globe plays music and sounds great. It is overall in pretty good condition compared to most that come to market, as it has alot of fragile parts; even comes with making of story card set, but it does have some flaws. I noticed right away that Flounder and two other fish are supposed to be spitting water up in the air but those pieces are missing. I also could not get the battery operated function to work. When I acquired the globe it already had battery oxidation in the compartment. I tried cleaning the connections with some white vinegar which helped alot but I still could not get the battery function to come on. I’m not an expert, maybe just needs better cleaning, who knows… Also has some black marker on bottom casing, see pictures. Measures approximately 10″ x 8″ x 9. Comes exactly as shown, see pictures.
