RARE Nightmare Before Christmas Santa Jack Skellington Sleigh Snow Globe Disney. This is an extremely rare Nightmare Before Christmas snow globe featuring Jack Skelton and his dog Zero. I was actually doing some cleaning out and found this in m house. The movie came out in 1993 so easy 20 years? It has NEVER been taken out of the box or displayed. Only took it out to take photos and make sure everything worked and was not broken. Requires 2 AA batteries. Lights along base all light up and work. Pumpkins on top, the right one lights up the left one lights up but its dim. The snow globe has a motor that when turned on, makes the snow float around and kick up. Also, its a musical snow globe. There is a turn key in the back which plays the song Whats This from the movie. No words just the-music. This works without batteries. I also have the envelope that came with the four description cards you see in the photos about this piece. I dont know if it was a limited edition since there was no COA or any kind of number on the back. All I know is this is an extremely rare snow globe, in excellent condition. Nothing broken or missing, from a smoke free home. It measures 14 1/2 inches long from Zeros nose to back of sled. 6 1/2 wide and 7 1/2 inches high. Also comes in original box with styrofoam protection. Well, this thing is heavy. If it arrives damaged, contact me and I will file a claim or see what needs to be done. All offers will be considered. Because of the irregularity of the shape of this fabulous sculptured figurine, it’s very difficult to get measurements; but I’ll measure from all points because the base is smaller than the actual figurine. The base is approx. 6 1/4 long; the widest part of the base is under Jack’s head and is approx. From the base to the top of Jack’s head it’s approx. From the widest points on Jack’s tie, it’s approx. It has never been out of the box apart from the day it was bought to test the lights. The bed has a wind up music box at the back that plays Whats this. At the foot of the bed there are 2 gargoyles which eyes light up powered by 2 AA batteries. The bed has 2 small snowglobes with glitter and some items inside them. The item comes in its original box with plastic wrapping the figure and styrofoam protecting the sculpture. The box itself has some discolouration on the top from being kept in storage.
