Inside lower part of the base goes around while music is playing. Sound is very clear and at a good level. In Excellent pre-owned condition with no breaks, no chips. Plastic piece on very bottom looks like it may have gotten cracked at one time but it is not broken and is not technically a part of the actual snowglobe.
