RARE Vintage 1998 Disney’s The Little Mermaid Kiss the Girl Musical Snow Globe
The globe plays music and sounds great. It is overall in pretty good condition compared to most that come to market, as it has alot of fragile parts; even comes with making of story card set, but it does have some flaws. I noticed right away that Flounder and two other fish are supposed to be spitting water up in the air but those pieces are missing. I also could not get the battery operated function to work. When I acquired the globe it already had battery oxidation in the compartment. I tried cleaning the connections with some white vinegar which helped alot but I still could not get the battery function to come on. I’m not an expert, maybe just needs better cleaning, who knows… Also has some black marker on bottom casing, see pictures. Measures approximately 10″ x 8″ x 9. Comes exactly as shown, see pictures. Disney’s The Little Mermaid Kiss the Girl Vintage 1998 Snow Globe READ RARE. Vintage 1998 Disney’s The Little Mermaid Kiss The Girl Snow Globe. This vintage piece is in overall great condition with the exception of some slight damage on the very top of the little bird and also the little peacocks on the side(which are pictured). It appears that someone over wound the switch and possibly needs a new spring put in to make the music play (which I have not tried to do). I did put batteries in it and the globe lights up and glitter fills up around the globe beautifully. Batteries are NOT included. Please see detailed pics showing the areas of the slight damage. Disney’s The Little Mermaid Kiss the Girl Vintage 1998 Snow Globe VERY RARE
This snow globe is used. This item is very big and very heavy. It was tested and works perfectly! The music plays, and when batteries are inserted the snow globe lights up and it automatically blows the glitter up and around the globe. There are, unfortunately, a few broken pieces on the snow globe from when I moved across the country. I will list them below. The seagull at the very top of the snow globe has it’s beak broken off (see picture #6). One of Sebastian’s claws broke off (see picture #7). The paddle holding the three frogs is completely broken off, as well as the two bubbles coming out of Flounder and the fish on the right’s mouth is broken off (see picture #8).
