RARE Collectors’ Disneyland Main Street Snow Globe Lights & Music Box L108 LE
This is a limited edition snow globe created in commemoration of the 45th anniversary of Disneyland in 2000. The base features a great representation of Main Street with the train circled around the buildings and an opening that reveals Mickey in the center on a fire engine. The train was not designed to actually move around the snow globe mechanically, but the music still plays “Mickey Mouse March”. There is a battery operated switch that lights up the snow globe with fresh batteries included so it could be tested. Batteries have to be carefully set into the case. The snow globe measures about 10″ x 10″ x 7 and is numbered #280/1955 on the plaque on the front of the base. An amazing piece of Disneyana history! And because only 1955 were produced over 25 years ago, it’s extremely rare, and especially in fully working condition.

Requires two AA batteries for snow-globe features. Is approx 9″ x 9 ” x 10 and weighs 10.57lbs. The characters on this globe are; Sebastian, Ariel, Pinocchio, Jiminy Cricket, Aladdin, Jasmine, Aurora, Dumbo, Timothy, Tinker Bell, Genie, Belle, Baloo, Stitch, Alice, Dopey, Snow White, Goofy, Cinderella, Jaq, Gus, Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Zazu, Brer Rabbit, Brer Fox & Yago. Right in the middle of it all is Cinderella Castle. The music/box globe is in NEW condition. Please see the images as they are part of the description. Please select carefully as all sales are considered final. The globe was our mothers collection and was kept new in box in her garage. During production, small air bubbles may cling to the inside of the glass and the character insert when water is introduced and the globe is sealed. Disney’s efforts to eliminate air bubbles through various methods have so far been unsuccessful.
