Its been displayed in a glass case ever since I bought this. The batteries was never placed in there, but I just placed it in to test it out and found out the motor actually may need replacing. Batteries are not included. No damage, but it doesnt blow the snow as it should and it just makes a buzzing sound. Box is in good condition.
