Great piece for collectors but DAMAGED. One Donald is missing a head and tail. All else is in working and good shape.
Rare Vintage Disney Donald Duck Through the Years Snow Globe
Does have a few flaws. Donald Duck trumpet player, his arms are broken (as seen in pictures). I do have the piece, it can easily be super glued back on. The lights inside the snow globe (to my knowledge) do not come on. The “artificial snow” or sparkles, whatever you may call it, that circulates around the snow globe, does not work either. Although, when I first wound up and turned on the globe, the snow/sparkles did work. So it may be a glitch/temperamental. Not sure how or if that can be fixed. Other than those few flaws, everything else works as expected. The Donald duck theme song works great when you wind it up, Donald rocks back and forth inside the snow globe. All that works as expected. No other Donald duck’s are broken, they are all together. No chipping or any other flaws. There might be accumulated dust in some places I couldn’t get to. That’s about it. Again to recap, only few flaws is the broken arms of one Donald, and lights/sparkles inside the globe do not work. They did work when I first tried it out, but does not now. This is a Disney Moving Musical Snow Globe “A Christmas to remember” made in 1999! The item is in great condition. The duck sticking the carrot in the snowman had broken off. It was repaired and hardly noticeable! The lights all work, Goofy spins around on the ice, and mini kisses Mickie! The box isn’t in the best condition. It’s sun faded, has a few rips that were taped up, and there was a small white spill stain on the top. This item will come with 2 AA batteries. There’s a styrofoam insert that keeps everything safe and snug! The snow globe is about 11″ x 6″ W and is 8 1/2 H and weighs 6 pounds. What you see in the photos are what you get.
